This week was really another Great week I dropped another 3.4 LBS. bring my total weight to 217.6. I have really turned up the pace at the Gym and have done really well avoiding some certain foodsUntil next weekGo Make It Happen

Snack - None
Dinner - Body Evolution MRS, 2 turkey sandwiches
Snack - string cheese and a little Gatorade G2

Dinner - 2 ham and turkey sandwiches on 12 grain bread
Snack - pop corn,twizzler bites and a slushy

Water - Well over 1 gallon

Lunch - Wheat tortilla Cornetaz Burrito small amount of rice small amount of cheese, black beans salsa's Snack - Kar's sweet & salty mix I picked out the fake M&M's Dinner - whole wheat spaghetti noodles and sauce and some string cheese Snack - kashi Cereal

Water - well over 1 gallon

Slowly But Shirler

Slowly but shirley I dropped 1.2 lbs this week thus bringing my weight 224 LBS.

I am pretty excited about this. I am feeling very very good and next week I will be posting updated photo's I am hoping to weigh in next week at 219.99 at the most.

Next week I will post my food and exercise for Thurs to Tuesday

I AM LOOSING WEIGHT Week 6

Wow a very crazy last couple of weeks the scale said I was up like 9 LBS last week Then today when I weighed in I was down like 8.2 LBS bringing my weight to about 225.2 the scale must have been broken last week. The next 2 weeks are very very critical wish me luck!!
