Slowly but shirley I dropped 1.2 lbs this week thus bringing my weight 224 LBS.
I am pretty excited about this. I am feeling very very good and next week I will be posting updated photo's I am hoping to weigh in next week at 219.99 at the most.
Next week I will post my food and exercise for Thurs to Tuesday
