I am pretty excited about this week weight loss even though I missed my goal for this week. My work out's at the gym have made a huge impact. My eating is going really well also However, I will say I did have some minor hick ups this week. With out those hick ups I might have hit my goal for the week. 3 pounds has been a pretty big improvement from few weeks prior.
November 11 2009 is when I have scheduled for my next photo's to be posted. So I need to bust it for the next 3 weeks. I would like to be under 200 lbs for that but that would be losing 4.46 lbs a week for 3 weeks. I am open to ideas and or suggestions is that even possible.
