Bottom line this week my work out were really good. I have been trying to get 2 workout's a day that really seams to make a difference. Also on thanksgiving I am running a 5 mile race.
This next next week will be even better I am going to keep my self more accountable as to what I eat so I will be posting what I eat Thursday to Tuesday next week.
Wednesday is my free day so I am not posting that
only 2 weeks away until my next pictures will be posted
