Wow what a rough past couple of months From Doctors to Hospital nearly to dyeing, surgery to more doctors more procedures and now back to getting fit. Actually I am pretty fit but I need to burn some of this fat off my body. I some times wish I could be like a stick of Butter put me in the microwave and melt the fat away in like 15 seconds.
But back to reality starting this round June 1 2010 Ending November 1 2010
I plan to loose Fat and build muscle

Weight 241.8 Neck 17 1/4 Chest 50 1/2 Belly 48 Belt 40 3/4 Right Bicep Flexing 15 1/4Left Bicep flexing 14 3/4
So Far I have dropped 9.2 pounds bringing me to 232.6 Lbs. I have posted pictures below for my starting point. My plan is to give you a weight update each Monday. August 09 2010 My next photos will be posted so you can see my progress.
Then my final photo shoot will be November 1 2010 as a fit champion goal weight is 195. Right and left bicep and neck 16 1/2 Chest 40 Gut 36 belt 34 body fat to be between 10% to 15% Please review and let me know if you think this is realestic with a lot of hard work and perserverance.
