Not a bad week I went down to 249.2 so I lost 2.8 LBS
I am still trying to get on a better eating plan along with
Consistent exercise.
I am on my way to success just a little every week will make a huge difference.

Hey Travis, I really think you would like this book. It's not just a "diet book" it's a cultural history of food and a look at how food has evolved. Author is Michael Pollan and book is "In Defense of Food". His other book (which I have not read) is called "Omnivore's Dilemma". Seriously, enlightening reads.
