**Report #15 Wed. November 04, 2009 (218.2)** The Scale Must Be Broken (It Was Flooded)
I have learned some additional strategies that will take my fat to fit transformation to the next level.
Last Thursday I did a body fat calculation and I was amazed, to say the least. July 2009 I was 29% body fat. I did two tests and averaged around 18 % body fat. It seemed a little extreme, so next week, on Wednesday, I’m going to be tested with the calipers and measurements. I will post the details next Wednesday.

Report # 14 Wednesday October 28, 2009 Stayed The Same 213.8 LBS
My workouts were superb I even had like 3 days this week were I had 2 work outs in one day. However on the bright side of things it seems my body fat has come down some meaning I have build Lean Muscle. Tonight I am being measured for my body fat percentage so I am excited to see the improvements from now compared to when I started my journey in July. I will post those results next time. Tweaking my plan is something I must do I am not losing the weight like I want. It seems I want the transformation here, now and fast but as you all may know getting fit you must take one day at a time and be patient.

Report # 13 Wednesday October 21, 2009 Down 3.0 LBS Weigh in is 213.8 LBS
November 11 2009 is when I have scheduled for my next photo's to be posted. So I need to bust it for the next 3 weeks. I would like to be under 200 lbs for that but that would be losing 4.46 lbs a week for 3 weeks. I am open to ideas and or suggestions is that even possible.
