Report # 11 Wednesday October 07, 2009 218.4 LBS. Happy To Report I Feel Great

I did not lose as mush as I was hoping but I did loose like .8 LBS.

Time to take this to the next level. To keep me on track and motivated
I am going to do a blog every day reporting my eating and my exercise for the next week or two.
