WOW, What a week. I am down 3 pounds 216.2.

  1. Keep up the great work Travis. It's been 2 years now since my brother Jeff died at 39 due to a heart attack and his weight certainly was a factor. I'm reading a book right now called "Influencer-The Power to Change anything" in the book it says the National Weight Control Registry has identified 3 vital behaviors for weight loss: 1) exercise on home equipment, 2) eat breakfast, and 3)weigh yourself every day. With the holiday's here it also suggests that we focus on creating recovery plans. Rather than exercizing too much or eating too little they suggest finding plans that will help us not get in the same situation again. For example, you could avoid buying fatty foods, plan what you are going to eat before you attend a big holiday gathering, etc.

    I'm really proud of how far you have come. Keep up the great work! You are an inspiration to a lot of people who are also looking for a kick in the pants to get serious about getting in shape.
