Eating And Exercize October 10-08-2009

8:30 A.M. Breakfast
Body Evolution MRS 3 Scoops
Handful of kashi Cereal

11:00 A.M. Snack
Fiber One Bar

1:00 P.M. Lunch
12 inch Subway 9 Grain Whole Wheat Bread Low Fat Buffalo Chicken sandwich 2 triangle of pepper jack cheese veggies, small amount of lite Mayo, mustard. I also enjoyed some cut up apples.

5:15 P.M. Snack
Beef Jerky

5:30 P.M. Exercise
1 Hour Advanced Strength
15 minutes abs workout

8:45 P.M. Dinner
3 hand fulls of kashi cereal
1 pb&j natural peanut butter

9:30 P.M. Snack
Body Evolution MRS (3 Scoops)

Water About 1 Gallon
